the ambassador along with Eng. Mahmoud El-Madhoun – member of HOW Board of Trustees -. Dr. Ahmed briefed the ambassador about the recent political developments in Palestine and the general situation of the Gaza Strip.
From his side, Mr. Paulo confirmed on Brazil support to Palestinian cause until gaining the Palestinian rights and also confirmed on Brazil stance from the last aggression against Gaza, where the Brazilian government condemned the aggression.
Also, Dr. Ahmed discussed possibilities of cooperation between HOW and other Brazilian think-tanks through the Brazilian embassy recommendations, Mr. Paulo welcomed this kind of cooperation and said that networking civil societies in Palestine and Brazil will empower the bond of friendship between the two nations.
