10-11-2015, PYAN team met the regional director of cater center Nathan Stock in WHO. As usual, the team’s members introduced their team, its activities and its goals via short presentation.

 Mr. Stock Impressed on such activities explaining the importance of its impacts in which it will increase the awareness of Palestinians cause.

For his part, Stoke introduced himself to the team and he talked about his work as a regional director at the carter center on Ramallah. Moreover, he talked about his experience as an English teacher on Gaza (2000-2001).In the same context, Mr. Stock introduced Carter Center (NGO) which is a center adopts public health issues to the side of the defense of human rights in the conflict zones around the world especially in the Middle East. The agenda of meeting has centered on the current situation in Palestine .The discussion was about resistance, the issue of reconciliation and the uprising as well. According to Mr. Stock, the current uprising in the West “, unlike the first intifada and the second” lacks unity and resolution among the Palestinian people and its parties. He also thinks that if it continues as such, it will not have any effective role in the interest of the Palestinian people.

In his turn, Stoke called Palestinian youth to build an independent movement adopts new ideas and ideologies that will extricate the Palestinian people from the predicament. In addition, he motivated the team’s members to believe in themselves stressing that the young Palestinians are the agent of change that they aspired. Mr. Stock ended his speech asking participants to not give up, to question Authority , and to move towards what they aspired of a bright future in their homeland “Palestine.
