Dr. Ahmed Yousef – Head of HOW Board of Trustees – and Eng. Mahmoud Al-Madhoun – member of Board of Trustees – received the Ambassador and welcomed them to Gaza and presented again HOW’s Board of Trustees condolences on the death of Nelson Mandela.
Eng. Mahmoud Al-Madhoun presented the HOW project that was implemented in 2013 on developing and building the Criminal Justice Strategy in Palestine. Ambassador Makalima expressed his interests to present the project to the concerned authorities in South Africa, in order to let the Palestinians get experience of the South Africans in the field of criminal justice system.
