21-6-2011: The House of Wisdom Institute for Conflict Resolution & Governance conducted a seminar entitled “European policies towards the Middle East”.
Ismail Batel, chairman of Friends of Al-Aqsa Foundation, who came to Gaza with the solidarity convoy ‘Miles of Smiles 3’, led the seminar.
Attendees included twenty members of the House of Wisdom Youth Advocacy Team (PYAN). Mr. Ismail spoke firstly about the history of relations between Europe and the Muslim world and then about the media and its effect on public opinion in Europe.
