15-2-2015, the House of Wisdom Institute organized a Skype meeting entitled the BDS and Boycotting campaigns against the Israeli products around the world,
the guest speaker was Mr. Ismail Battel a pro-Palestinian activist and contributor to BDS campaigns, the attendants of the meeting were trainees of the training Diplomacy program and members of PYAN Advocacy team.
Mr. Battel spoke on the boycotting campaigns which began as individual efforts then turned into organized movements conducting boycotting activities to raise awareness on the Palestinian daily suffering under occupation. Mr. Battel said that millions of people around the world responded to these campaigns, he added that these campaigns are important means to end the occupation and remove the legitimacy of the Israeli occupation.
