12-3-2014, within the House of Wisdom Institute (HOW) diplomacy project implemented in cooperation with the Committee for Charity and Relief for Palestinians (CBSP),
which targets International Relations officers from different Palestinian NGOs. HOW organized a lecture on Countries experiences seeking independence and freedom which are similar to the Palestinian struggle experience such as the Irish experience, the Tunisian experience and the Egyptian experience. Mr. Oliver Mcternan Director of Forward Thinking Center in the UK was the guest of the lecture.
Mr. Mcternan confirmed that the Tunisian experience in regard to the reconciliation and coalition process they achieved is the best the example for Palestinians to learn from.
Also, HOW organized another lecture entitled the History of Diplomacy, in which the lecturer spoke on Diplomacy immunities as well as diplomats’ rights and privileges, the lecturer also talked about the United Nations and its bodies.
