06 Nov. 2016, The House of Wisdom for Conflict Resolution and Governance continues implementing the project of Improving Capacities of Judges’ capacities in the Gaza Strip,
the project targets 30 judges from the magistrate and first instance courts.
In the third session of the training was organized under the title “theory of contracts”, with the trainer Hisham Kallakh, head of the first instance court in KhanYounis and Deir el Balah, the training covered the theory of contracts, agreement procedures, contracts’ places, causes, impacts and judgment.
As well as, the fourth session has taken a place by Judge Ashraf Abu Hmeidan, judge in the first instance court of Gaza; he addressed pre-emptions in the Palestinian law.
Pointing that the first and the second sessions addressed the topics of limitations in civil law, and possession.
The project includes 21 training hours specialized in limitation in civil law, possession, theory of contracts, and their pillars, impacts and judgment, in addition to the rents, authoritative of electronic debentures in law.
