October 26, 2014 | Training course entitled: The Art of Etiquette and Protocol was held for participants of the Specialized Diplomacy Training Program and Professional Diplomatic Negotiator. 
Dr. Said Namruti – Etiquette and Protocol Expert, talked about the difference between etiquette and protocol, and then move to talk about the rules of precedence and standards that must be consider.
Dr. Namruti also talked about the rules of courtesy, handshake and meetings addition to a number of topics related e.g. protocol of flags, preparing official visits and table etiquette.
