October 2014 | With participation of 30 judge of the different courts in Gaza Strip and under the title: “The accused guarantees during the basic procedures for the initial investigation.”
The third meeting was held within the program of Improving the Capacities of Palestinians Judges.
Counselor Ziad Thabet at this meeting talked about the accused guarantees during the basic procedures for the initial investigation, which included four sections: 1)Guarantees of the accused during experience phase, 2)Guarantees of the accused during the interrogation phase, 3)Guarantees of the accused during the inspection phase, and 4)Guarantees of the accused during the testimony.
