developing a strategy of the criminal justice in Palestine, for the purpose of enhancing and protecting the Human rights and improving the work in the Judicial sectors in general.
The Project aims to adjust the Palestinian rules and legislations to be in accordance with the international principles of the criminal justice and for the best practices. The Project is supposed to set up a plan for three years to stabilize the concepts of the criminal justice for the employees working in the judiciary sectors.
The House of Wisdom formed a working group for the criminal justice from representatives of the concerned ministries, as well as consultative groups to be as the core unit for spreading the concepts of the criminal justice.
