“Palestinian Intellectual and Contemporary Challenges”
Bait al-Hikma organizes a dialogue seminar in cooperation with the Association of Arab intellectuals.

The Beit Hikma Institute for Consultation and Conflict Resolution organized in cooperation with the Association of Arab Intellectuals, a seminar entitled “The Palestinian Intellectual and the Contemporary Challenges – The Century Deal as a Model” on Thursday 13-12-2018 at the Comedor Hotel in Gaza.
Participated in the symposium a. Wael Al-Mabhouh Director of the Association of Intellectuals in Gaza, Ahmed Youssef, head of Beit Hikma Institute and a number of intellectuals, writers, academics, trade unionists, jurists and university students.
In the opening address of the symposium, Wael Al-Mabhouh, Chairman of the Association of Intellectuals in attendance and participants, thanking them for their attendance and interest in the intellectual symposium on the future of the Palestinian cause. “We at the Association of Arab Intellectuals appreciate the role of the Arab intellectual on the issues of his nation, Arab intellectuals in various locations and countries, and gathered their words towards correcting the compass of the Arab citizen. “
He called on Mabhouh to confront the state of division in all its forms, and to increase awareness of cultural and religious groups, to consolidate the common Arab identity and to appreciate the Arab language of the Arab League.
Dr. Ahmed Youssef, the first session of the symposium, in which he also spoke d. The seminar concluded with discussions and interventions from the audience and participants, focusing mainly on the deal of the century and the need to confront it with literature and culture as a means of Palestinian resistance.
