December 06, 2015 The Bayt al-Hikma Institute for Consultation and Conflict Resolution, in cooperation with the Military Justice Authority, launched a specialized course entitled “Raising Judicial Decisions” within the project of developing the capacities of the Palestinian military judiciary, with the participation of 30 judges and a prosecutor.
For his part, Engineer Mahmoud Al-Madhoun opened the session and stressed the permanent cooperation with the Military Justice Authority and the role of the Institute in developing the capacity of judges and employees in the judiciary.
The course consists of four main axes divided into six meetings, with twenty-four hours, namely: causing the judicial decisions, the judges’ duties, the guarantees of the accused as well as the exclusion of the evidence.
