2014-1-22, the Youth Advocacy Team of house of wisdom Institute organized an event in which an emergency meeting of the League of Arab States was held in which an exception was made in Palestine,
The members of the youth team participated in the event by representing the presidents and kings of the Arab countries. Their words reflected in the summit what the Palestinian people would like to hear from the words and positions of support for the Palestinian cause.
At the end of the meeting, the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States read out the final statement of the summit meeting, in which he affirmed the right of the Palestinian people to resist the occupation and to confront the procedures of Judaizing Jerusalem and settlement projects in the West Bank. The final communiqué expressed the position of the Arab Republic of Egypt on the permanent opening of the Rafah crossing to the Palestinians and the closure of the closure file to the Palestinians.
This is the youth initiative of the Bayan Group for the first time this year. The team will carry out a number of activities that support the Palestinian cause and send awareness messages to the Arab world and the international community to draw attention to the suffering of the Palestinian people.
