06 December 2015, the House of Wisdom Institute for Conflict Resolution and governance – HOW in cooperation with the Military Judicial Authority launched a specialized training course entitled “Causing of penal verdicts”, within the program “Improving Capacities of the Palestinian Military Judicial Authority”
, where thirty judges and a prosecutor have participated in the course.
From his side, Eng. Mahmoud Madhoun opened the course by his speech, and confirmed on continuous cooperation between HOW and the Military Justice Authority for the sake of improving the capacities of the members of the Judicial Authority. The training course includes four main topics, divided on six meetings of 24 hours, which are: causing of penal verdicts, duties of judges towards their jobs, guarantees of the accused people, and dismissing evidences.
