29 October 2014 | Within the program of Improving the capacities of Palestinian Judges, the last meeting held today entitled: Rules of Causing and forming Penal Verdicts.
Trainer Judge Deya’ El-Madhoun – from court of first Instance – continued the course, which started last Tuesday by speaking on the following topics:

Style and Language of issuing verdicts: the trainer mentioned the importance of selecting suitable and precise words.

Conditions of causing in penal verdicts.

Defects of causing that cancel the verdict.
