February 12, 2017, Dr. Ahmed Youssef, the President of the House of Wisdom Institute, honored the Attorney General in Gaza, Counsel Ismael Jabir,
for his efforts in bringing success to the Second Palestinian Criminal Justice Conference.
Counsel Jabir confirmed on the importance of applying the conference recommendations, and scaling up coordination among institutions of criminal justice system in order to promote the rule of law and prevent crimes.
In addition, Counsel Jabir expressed his thanks and gratitude for the House of Wisdom Institute for their efforts on promoting the principles of justice and rule of law, as well as, improving personnel capacities in the legal field.
It is noteworthy that the Second Palestinian Criminal Justice Conference was organized by the House of Wisdom in collaboration with the High Judicial Institute and the Public Prosecution under the title of “Promoting Criminal Justice between Crime Prevention and Torture Prevention in Palestine” in February 2017.
