for the Enhancement of the Egyptian Palestinian Relations was executed in Gaza with the attendance of Palestinians from all community sectors such as Academics, student unions, prominent local leaders, politicians and the Palestinian factions. The Conference was organized to send a message of brotherhood and friendship to the Egyptian people.
Dr. Ahmed Yousef – Head of HOW Board of Trustees – in his speech said that the relation between Egypt and Palestine is historical and Egypt is always the main supporter of the Palestinian cause, Dr. Ahmed said that Egypt sacrificed for Palestine and a lot of Egyptian martyrs killed defending Palestine, Dr. Ahmed called upon media agencies to be careful in covering the news.
At the end the Conference, the attendants urged the Egyptian authorities to reopen the Rafah Crossing normally and allow the free movement for the individuals and goods to Gaza.
