Saturday 22-05-2010, the House of Wisdom Institute received a delegation from the American Foundation the Council of National Interest. The delegation consisted of 7 intellectuals headed by the ex-ambassador Mr. David Newton.
While the Institute invited some of its board of Trustees members as well as Academics and Politicians such as Dr. Waleed Al-Mudallal, Dr. Khaleel Abu-Laila the Assistant Deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting the delegations listened to Dr. Hani Al-Basoos where he spoke about the Institute activities and Goals.
Then Mr. David spoke about the mission of his Foundation and their annual tour in the Middle East, where they try to provide the American People with the true image regarding the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. Mr. David spoke about the American Policy and how it is made; he said “the American Policy is not made on the principle of Democracy but on the Balance of Power.
Mr. David also, spoke about the Obama Administration and the tangible changes he made.
